The employees were very very helpful. We had a lovely twin room with large balcony, nice view and massive terrace. The breakfast had a huge variety of brilliant food and drinks.

The Black Bull Bar restaurant below the hotel rooms offers a superb menu selection with excellent food. The owners, Wendy and Paul, are friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome and at ease. Quiet location with spectacular distant views from the front facing rooms.

the location for san miguel de salinas was good, not far from whole place locked up, san miguel de salinas and shops, bars. the hotels' team was very helpful. impeccably clean room with large balcony overlooking countryside, nice view and massive terrace, i had everything needed.

Although the breakfast was basic, it was still good and served in our room. However, it would have been nice to have some butter and jam or marmalade with the mini croissant.

Mind-blowing hospitality from the wonderful family who owns this gem of a place. They go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The bar/restaurant downstairs is super friendly and the food is jaw-droppingly delicious and plentiful. The panoramic views of the mountains and the lake will leave you in awe. Dog owners will love it here, and families can enjoy horse riding and quad bike adventures nearby. The spacious rooms are comfortable with good wifi reception, and the attached bar/restaurant is GREAT value for money. Plus, the coffee-making facilities and fridge in the room are a bonus.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The free parking was also a bonus, as it saved us the hassle of finding a spot on the crowded streets. It was also nice to have a continental breakfast included in the room, even though it was basic.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided great directions to nearby shops and bars, which made exploring the area much easier. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with everything looking neat and tidy. I appreciated the amenities in the room, such as the fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. It was also a pleasant surprise to have fresh milk available, as it made my morning coffee even more enjoyable.
